1. Quality of our suppliers
WoWGoldOnline regularly monitor deliveries to ensure that all orders are to be
fully delivered. Sellers who do not take their work seriously are no longer accepted
for orders.
2. character information
All given customer and account information to WoWGoldOnline is given is strictly
confidential! Your account information will never be given to other potential
sellers.
3. Gold delivery to my account
After checking that the account information you gave us is valid we make a new character on your account. Once our supplier has enough gold on your server, we trade it with him ingame
and send the gold to your main character.
4. Auction House
Our supplier will buy an item you put on for sale on AH. Give this item a buy-out price of the amount of gold you ordered. Visit a mailbox or Trader NPC to check your emails and take gold.
Normally all gold deliveries are done within 48 hours. We will send you an email as soon as we bought your item at AH.
We recommend that you take your gold as soon as possible. This is recommended because goldsuppliers are banned on a regular basis. This means that any unopened emails in the game are deleted!
5. responsibility
WoWGoldOnline can not be held responsible for the loss of an order or the entire
game caused by the creators of the game. In that case the client is advised to
contact the makers of the game. The responsibility lies entirely with respect
to purchases by the purchasing party. WoWGoldOnline can under no circumstances
be held responsible for any items lost or closed accounts at the hands of the
creators of the game. Obviously, we will try to be as careful as possible to proceed
to any such occurrences
6. Canceling Order(s)
If we, for whatever reason, can not find a gold supplier quickly, you can always
cancel the order and get your money back. Otherwise, we search until we have found
a supplier. If the requested products have been delivered the order can not be
canceled .
Due to high demand WoWGoldOnline now offers more games and level services. Your
character will be played by a pro gamer to the desired level you want. This is
fast, convenient and guaranteed without bots!
Although our service is usually quick, we can not guarantee there will never occur complications while leveling. The reason for this is the approach of our services by the game developers. They sometimes suspend an account.
To ensure that your fate is left alone, WoWGoldOnline will inform you when the
following might occure:
Account Suspended:
In this case, your account will be temporarily blocked by the game developers.They
will inform you for how long. Once this block is over, your account will be reopened
so that you can play with your characters.
Account banned:
In this case we recommend you to contact the game developer (Blizzard, Funcom etc.)and try to get your account back.
When this fails the responsibility lies entirely with the purchasing party. We can also make no guarantees for the equipment
Important: Suspending client accounts is not acceptable as a gamer and you have
the right to litigation against the game developers. Because this is a legal matter
between you and the game developer, the arrangements must happen between you and
the game developers. Further requests may be sent to the WoWGoldOnline supportteam. |
